Today's Nepali word of the means Welcome and that is because we have arrived in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. We will tour in Kathmandu for one day before we fly off to Pokhara and the Green Pastures Hospital. We have all arrived safely (and besides being tired from the trip and jet lag) are all doing fine.
